Do CloudMailVault allow bulk or marketing emails?
No. CloudMailVault is strictly designed for day-to-day business and personal correspondence, as well as essential transactional emails (such as user registrations, system notifications, and password resets). We prohibit marketing campaigns, newsletters, and any form of bulk messaging, regardless of opt-in verification. To maintain high deliverability standards across our network, we active monitor bounce rates, spam reports, and utilize outbound filtering relays.

Yes! We offer an interactive demo environment at demo.cloudmailvault.com so you can explore our interface and features prior to signing up. Please note that outbound sending functionality is disabled on the demo instance to prevent platform abuse.
Where are CloudMailVault servers located?
Our services are hosted in enterprise-grade data center facilities located in both US-West (Las Vegas, NV) and the EU (Amsterdam, NL). You can choose your preferred primary region during checkout. (Note: Data migrations between region locations post-setup are restricted, so please select the location best suited for your compliance and latency requirements.)
What are the outbound email sending limits?
To protect IP reputation and domain authority, default sending is capped at 400 to 600 external emails per hour per domain. If your business requires higher sending volumes for legitimate operational messaging, you can submit a request through our support portal. Custom volume adjustments are evaluated case-by-case after an initial account verification period.
What is the maximum storage capacity available?
Our custom platform plans offer storage options up to 10TB. If your enterprise requires additional capacity or customized multi-terabyte archiving solutions, contact our sales department to receive a tailored quote.
